Summary
The Provider Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with network examiners and internal business partners leading to the achievement of examiner satisfaction, provider network growth and efficiency. They will work as a connection between Operations, QA, and the training team to ensure the examiners to do their part and meet all compliance and contractual guidelines.
Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining Examiner Network accounts within all applicable systems and ensuring providers meet all program eligibility requirements.
- Work with internal teams to ensure all VA TRAIN and MDE4VETS Training requirements have been met
- Establishes and maintains ongoing communications with assigned examiner accounts utilizing routine emails and phone calls
- Anticipates and resolves potential issues to avoid downstream problems and optimize the provider experience
- Assist with ensuring all pending actions in the MDE4VETS ques are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain updated availability for providers in MDE4VETS and Salesforce
- Coach providers on company best practices to help achieve ability to complete quality medical reports per contractual requirements in a timely manner
- Collaborates closely with teammates, other internal teams and external partners as needed
- Through trend analysis, seeks to optimize provider experience and provides recommendations based on trends to increase provider experience and efficiency
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Assist with finding provider coverage for special events
- Facilitate meetings to enhance training and communication for both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience/combined education.
· Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Must have Administrative account experience and Customer Service background of +2years
- Previous customer service experience required 1+ years. Customer Service experience with the following is required:
- Customer interaction through various communication channels (phone, email, text)
- Issue Resolution: Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions and alternatives
- Ability to identify opportunities to add examiners to existing market if needed
- Strong writing and analytical skills combined with excellent communication abilities tailored to various audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities with a talent for multitasking and effective prioritization.
