Orlando-based workforce solutions company excels in reaching high-quality standards in healthcare services
ORLANDO, Fla. – May 25, 2022 – Loyal Source Government Services, LLC was audited and found compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) International Standard after a thorough and comprehensive 3rd Party Review by DNV, a leader in auditing quality systems. The audit included a detailed documentation analysis in early April followed by two days onsite at Loyal Source’s corporate headquarters in Orlando, FL.

The audit followed the ISO standard and its 10 clauses, including key areas such as leadership commitment, records management, and improvements. During the two-day audit, executive leaders were interviewed and provided further proof of compliance.
Loyal Source began its efforts to achieve ISO 9001:2015 QMS compliance in November of 2020 when Chief Executive Officer Brian Moore decided to improve performance within the firm. He established a new quality director position and brought in John Zorich, a certified ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor, for the role. Within months, the quality program issued a new quality policy, laying the foundation for the rest of the program. Over time, a risk policy, numerous standard operating procedures, and a SharePoint site were established to meet the stringent documentation and records management requirements.
The scope of the audit included program and quality management of healthcare services supporting the health, wellness, and readiness of refugee children and their families.
With Loyal Source’s role in supporting the humanitarian efforts along the southern border, the team felt it was critical to maintain focus on quality services and support for clients as well as the immigrants and their individual health.
