For over 20 years, Heath has been leading change and driving innovation by advancing digital services for programs of National significance. He has led large-scale programs and change management initiatives across more than 20 different federal agencies, including executing some of government’s largest and most visible transformation efforts such as the stand up of the Department of Homeland Security. He has deep expertise building and scaling commercial enterprises to include leading corporate R&D, strategic alliances, industry analyst relations, venture capital investing, and serving as the COO of SAICs commercial subsidiaries with a focus on driving adoption of dual use technology into the Federal ecosystem. Heath is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, a Kellogg Executive Scholar, and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Bachelor’s Degree from Kansas State University. Along with his wife, Kristi and their 2 children he is actively engaged in Building Homes for Heroes and local food charities, their church, and youth athletics.
Adam DeMarco has led the transformation of Loyal Source’s candidate delivery systems by integrating advanced marketing tools and technology platforms. Adam joined Loyal Source in 2015 and conducts comprehensive assessments of each program's delivery, management processes, and customer service standards. He has extensive experience leading large, cross-functional teams and overseeing complex, high-impact projects across multiple service lines. Adam focuses on optimizing operational frameworks and enhancing both candidate retention and customer experience. His leadership supports talent development while aligning delivery systems with organizational growth goals. With deep expertise in recruitment and deployment management, Adam plays a critical role in advancing Loyal Source’s mission.
As the Chief Physician and Medical Director at Loyal Source, Dr. Cunningham brings decades of healthcare experience offering high-level oversight, developing organizational clinical protocols, providing expert consultation across contracts, and leading operational standards for new programs. Previously, he directed national healthcare quality and clinical programs for the Customs and Border Protection (CBP)’s Medical Service contract, managing disease surveillance, risk mitigation, and physician support systems. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he supported CDC operations by developing tools to track infections among staff. A U.S. Air Force Veteran, Dr. Cunningham completed more than 25 deployments, served as a combat rescue physician, led medical evacuations, and as the Chief Flight Surgeon for the U.S. Air Force, directed Aerospace Medicine policy and operations. He holds an MPH from the University of Texas, an MD from Michigan State University and completed residencies in Family and Aerospace Medicine.
Ryan O’Quinn brings a unique blend of legal, regulatory, and executive leadership to his role as President and Chief Legal Officer of Loyal Source. Prior to joining the company in 2022, he served as outside counsel for five years, helping ensure top-tier healthcare delivery with rigorous compliance standards. Ryan previously held roles as a federal regulator at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a federal economic crimes prosecutor in the Southern District of Florida. He later transitioned to private practice, where he advised companies in government procurement and healthcare while serving in leadership at one of the world’s largest law firms. His legal acumen and strategic insight support Loyal Source’s commitment to integrity and operational excellence.
Sarah Clayton is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years of expertise in accounting, financial planning, and corporate compliance. Since joining Loyal Source as CFO in 2016, she has led financial operations including planning, treasury, payroll, revenue management, tax compliance, and audits. Her leadership has been pivotal in guiding the company through significant strategic growth initiatives. Sarah earned her CPA in 2002 and brings a strong foundation of fiscal responsibility and regulatory acumen. Her financial stewardship ensures Loyal Source’s continued stability and long-term success.
Jon Melzer joined Loyal Source in 2011 and was instrumental in creating the Technical Services division, now known as Global Mission Solutions. His 30 years of workforce solutions experience has been the catalyst in expanding Loyal Source’s growth in various sectors of the federal government such as engineering, logistics, training, electronic security, and professional services. Jon’s ability to foster relationships with both industry and government has helped diversify Loyal Source’s portfolio outside of its core healthcare business with clients such as NASA and the Department of Defense.
Jerry MacLellan joined Loyal Source in 2013 and plays a pivotal role in the company’s sustained growth and strategic direction. He is instrumental in shaping business strategies and cultivating strong client partnerships across various sectors. Jerry has led major initiatives with organizations such as the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Most recently, he spearheaded the company’s efforts in providing Medical Disability Examination (MDE) services to Veterans. His vision and client-focused approach continue to drive innovation and long-term value for the organization.
Jeff Braswell has over 20 years of experience leading IT organizations across industries such as healthcare, retail, and hospitality. He joined Loyal Source in 2020 and is responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy and enterprise systems. Jeff oversees all facets of IT, including application support, ATS systems, advanced analytics, and infrastructure security. His focus is on building scalable, secure, and future-ready IT solutions that support company growth. Jeff’s leadership ensures Loyal Source remains technologically agile in an ever-evolving landscape.
Leigh Pace has over 20 years of experience building and leading high-performing operational teams across both Government and Commercial sectors globally. Since becoming COO of Loyal Source in 2013, she has directed operations across multiple divisions, including production, program management, HR, and credentialing. Leigh is known for cultivating a company culture rooted in communication, collaboration, and community. She plays a critical role in operational efficiency and organizational development and is also a proud member of ATHENA Orlando Women’s Leadership, a program empowering rising female leaders.
A seasoned healthcare leader, Vennessa Hagan brings Loyal Source more than 20 years of clinical and executive experience in complex medical environments. As Chief Nurse, Vennessa supports humanitarian medical programs and serves as a clinical consultant for travel nursing programs. She has developed strategic quality initiatives, modernized training and orientation programs, and implemented standardized clinical procedures across dozens of medical facilities nationwide. A decorated Veteran of the U.S. Air Force Nurse Corps, Vennessa has three decades of military service and a proven track record of managing large, multidisciplinary healthcare teams. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and an MBA from Wright State University, as well as a BSN from Auburn University at Montgomery.
Chad Janovec has played an integral role at Loyal Source for over ten years, holding leadership roles across contracts, proposals, and strategic development. He has contributed significantly to some of the company’s most impactful wins, including major contracts with the Department of Veteran Affairs, Defense, Homeland Security, and Health and Human Services. Chad is responsible for designing and implementing strategic plans to and advance the company’s growth goals and initiatives across its entire federal portfolio. He supports enterprise-wide efforts that align business growth with long-term goals. Chad's forward-thinking approach ensures Loyal Source remains a competitive leader in healthcare, technical, and global mission solutions.
Brian Moore serves as Chief Executive Officer of Loyal Source, where he leads the organization’s strategic direction, revenue growth, and operational excellence. With two decades of experience, he has guided large-scale initiatives that drive innovation, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable results. His leadership has successfully overseen hundreds of programs and thousands of employees nationwide, demonstrating a commitment to precision, foresight, and impact.
Brian's expertise lies in designing and implementing strategies that not only respond to immediate needs but also anticipate future challenges. His focus on strategic innovation enables Loyal Source to expand its global presence, enter new markets, and remain at the forefront of industry advancements. By fostering a culture of creativity and adaptability, Brian ensures that Loyal Source continuously evolves to meet the dynamic demands of healthcare services.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Brian is committed to philanthropy and community service, supporting organizations such as Proving Autism Links and Support (PALS), which works closely with the UCF Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD), Britt’s Bunch, Straight Street, Lighthouse Resource Center, The Eagles, Veterans Administration programs, and the Bithlo Food Pantry.
