VP of Staffing Business Development
Job Description
Summary
Loyal Source is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Vice President of Commercial & Technical Staffing to open and develop new geographic and industry markets for our commercial workforce solutions business. This executive will establish a visible, credible presence in priority markets; build on-the-ground relationships with business, industry, and community leaders; create qualified growth opportunities; and convert those opportunities into new staffing and workforce solutions contracts.
This role is designed for a market builder who thrives on creating a business presence from the ground up. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of entering new markets, establishing local networks and credibility, developing relationships with prospective clients and influential market stakeholders, and turning those relationships into sustainable revenue and signed contracts. The primary expectation is hands-on market development: spending time in priority markets, opening doors, originating opportunities, and leading pursuits through contract award.
This individual will identify and prioritize attractive geographic and industry markets, develop a practical market-entry plan for each, and create Loyal Source's on-the-ground presence through regular in-market engagement, industry participation, partnerships, and direct relationship building. Success will be measured by the depth of local relationships established, the quality and value of opportunities created, the number of new contracts secured, and the resulting expansion of Loyal Source's market footprint.
