Job Description
The Finance Functional Analyst serves as the primary IS partner supporting Workday Financials (FIN) and Finance operations. This role provides functional and technical support across key Finance processes, including Financial Accounting, FP&A reporting, Expenses, Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Projects and Project Budgets, Customer and Supplier Contracts, and Budgeting.
In addition to FIN responsibilities, this position provides cross functional support to related domains such as Time Tracking and Payroll (in partnership with HCM), along with other Workday modules that influence financial processes and reporting.
The Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, conducting gap and impact analysis, configuring and testing system changes, maintaining master data, supporting integrations, participating in release activities, and resolving Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues. This role works closely with Finance COEs, HCM, IT, and Workday team members to ensure effective system performance and alignment with business needs.
Pay Rate: $115,000 / year
