Overview
Loyal Source is seeking a Service Coordinator to support a team of service technicians and inspectors working across the security industry. This role is central to keeping field operations running smoothly—coordinating schedules, communicating with clients, and ensuring service tickets move efficiently from creation to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys being the operational hub for a busy technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule service technicians and inspectors for access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and other security‑related service calls.
- Coordinate directly with clients to book service appointments and confirm availability.
- Follow up with clients regarding open tickets, updates, and service completion.
- Close out service tickets accurately once work is completed.
- Track and follow up on invoices to ensure timely processing.
- Work with the warehouse team to order parts and verify availability.
- Ensure correct service codes are entered for billing accuracy.
- Prepare and send quotes for upsell opportunities and obtain client approval.
- Maintain organized documentation and support overall service operations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using SharePoint.
- Familiarity with scheduling or dispatching software.
- Experience with Microsoft Forms.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Background in low voltage is acceptable; security industry experience is highly preferred.
