Position Overview

Loyal Source is currently seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Foreman for an upcoming data center project located in Chicago, Illinois dealing with the installation of security systems. This role is critical to ensuring all installed systems meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience overseeing QC activities on large-scale data center projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all quality control activities on-site for a large-scale data center project
• Ensure all work complies with project drawings, specifications, industry codes, and client standards
• Perform inspections, audits, and punch lists for low-voltage and security system installations
• Review installation practices and verify proper testing, labeling, and documentation
• Coordinate closely with project managers, superintendents, technicians, and subcontractors
• Identify deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly
• Maintain accurate QC records and reports
• Support project closeout documentation and system turnover

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QC Foreman or similar role on data center for security projects
• Strong background in low-voltage and security systems
• Mandatory experience with Lenel access control systems
• Mandatory experience with Axis camera systems
• Deep knowledge of installation standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes
• Ability to lead field teams and enforce quality expectations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Pay Rate: $40/hr
