Security Technician – Framingham, MA

Pay Rate: $60 / hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Loyal Source is seeking a skilled and experienced Security Technician to join our team in the Framingham, Massachusetts area. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in high‑quality work, strong customer relationships, and technical expertise in security systems installation and service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all supported security systems
- Navigate and utilize online service and support programs
- Coordinate tools, materials, and resources to complete work on time and within budget
- Maintain strong customer relations through daily communication and on‑site coordination
- Serve as a qualifier for vendor/manufacturer product certifications
- Perform inspections and service tasks as required
- Complete all additional duties assigned by the Operations organization
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class D Massachusetts Security System Technician License (mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum of 4 years of experience installing and/or servicing security systems
- Strong understanding of security system components, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Preferred Experience
Experience with the following manufacturers is highly desirable:
- Honeywell Pro-Watch
- Axis Communications
- ExacqVision
