Capture Manager – Federal Health
Job Description
Location: DC preferred. Must be open to travel 25=100%
Summary:
A growth focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-over-year business expansion. You know – and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by using a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest technologies and solutions.
Pay Rate: $150,000 / year
Duties and Functions
- Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
- Interacts with senior management levels at clients and partners, determines pursuit strategies, develops client messaging plans and relationships, and applies industry-leading transformation strategies and practices.
- Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
- Operates within large teams and directs specific team sales activities.
Qualification
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales for a large Consulting, Technology and/or Services provider
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within Health sectors, showing sales quota attainment
- Client facing (from deal qualification through close)
- High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong facilitation and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives
WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITION
This position operates in a professional office environment.
The role uses standard office equipment.
Travel as required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
