Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Location: Miramar, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Loyal Source is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team in Miramar, Florida. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high‑volume follow‑ups with clients via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounts receivable process in a corporate environment.
  • Conduct proactive collection efforts to reduce outstanding balances.
  • Communicate with clients professionally via phone and email regarding past‑due invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data using Excel.

Qualifications

  • AA degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Strong background in collections or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior corporate accounts receivable experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
