Loyal Source is looking for Data Entry & Recruitment Operations Clerks for employment opportunities in Orlando, Florida.
Position Summary:
The Data Entry & Recruitment Operations Clerk at Loyal Source ensures accurate, timely, and comprehensive data management across Bullhorn and Workday while maintaining job postings on various Loyal Source job boards. This role actively supports recruitment processes by providing technology support based on business needs, reporting, and enhancing data-driven strategies. The Clerk collaborates with Recruitment Managers and Program Managers to secure effective requisition management and supports seamless communication across teams.
Pay Rate: $19.23 / hour
Key Responsibilities:
Data & System Management (Bullhorn + Workday):
- Create, update, and accurately maintain job, candidate, and placement records, ensuring data integrity.
- Support recruitment workflows to maintain synchronized status across systems for reliable reporting.
- Monitor Error dashboards and follow up with leadership on areas where improvements are needed.
Job Board Operations & Technology Utilization:
- Manage job postings across Loyal Source job boards, optimizing posts for engagement and conversion.
- Monitor performance metrics and propose improvements using insights from data analysis.
- Idetntify and implement enhancements to underutilized recruitment tool features.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility for recruitmen metrics.
Reporting & Communication:
- Generate, prepare, and circulate regular reports on job posting performance, applicant flow, and data quality.
- Provide updates and strategic recommendations to Recruitment and Program Managers to support decision-making.
Continuous Improvement & Support:
- Participate in optimizing marketing tools and processes by integrating insights from marketing operations strategies.
- Coordinate with Marketing/Enterprise Applications for broader enhancements aligning with business initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, recruiting operations, or HR administration.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and comfort in following SOPs.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets for managing data and creating reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Bullhorn and Workday.
- Exposure to recruitment enablement tools.
- Experience in the staffing or healthcare industry.
