Job Description
Loyal Source is looking for a skilled service technician in the Bakersfield, CA area.
Position Overview
The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of fire alarm and security systems. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience servicing fire and security systems
- Experience with Edwards, Bosch, DMP, Genetec, and Silent Knight systems preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and system schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Blue Card preferred (or ability to obtain after hire)
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
