Security Installation Technician – San Antonio, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Loyal Source is seeking a skilled Security Installation Technician in the San Antonio, Texas area. We’re looking for an experienced, reliable professional with strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering high‑quality installation and service work.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and troubleshoot security systems including intrusion, access control, and CCTV
- Work with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
- Maintain tools, materials, and equipment required for daily tasks
- Complete documentation, testing, and verification of installed systems
- Support occasional overnight travel (rare) for project needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned by operations leadership
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience installing and/or servicing security systems
- Valid Texas Private Security License (required)
- Strong technical background in security system installation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers
Preferred Experience
Experience with the following manufacturers is highly desirable:
- DMP
- Hanwha
- Brivo
- Fire experience is a plus
