Security Film Installer – Orlando, FL
Company: Loyal Source
Loyal Source is seeking a dedicated Security Film Installer to join our team in the Orlando, FL area. We are looking for individuals who take pride in high‑quality workmanship and are comfortable in physically demanding, fast‑paced environments. Experience with caulking or prior labor‑intensive roles is highly preferred. Individuals must be open to travel.
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Job Responsibilities
- Install security film and related materials according to project specifications
- Travel to various job sites for consecutive assignments
- Work effectively as part of a team in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Maintain professionalism and safety standards on all job sites
Job Requirements
- Ability to pass a pre‑hire drug test and background check, including a motor vehicle report, as well as any additional client‑required background checks needed for access to certain secured facilities.
- Possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Caulking experience is required and being comfortable working a labor intensive job in the elements
- Successfully complete a 60‑day probationary period, including all required credentials and orientation metrics
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Maintain a compliant REAL ID
- Possess or be able to obtain an OSHA‑10 certification
- Ability to travel 100%, up to 3 weeks at a time, moving directly from job to job; shared hotel rooms required; per diem provided and paid retroactively
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform frequent: standing, sitting, walking, driving, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling, twisting, reaching, climbing, foot control, and repetitive handling/grasping
- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to variable weather
- Adequate verbal, visual, and hearing abilities
- Ability to work on active construction sites, including exposure to noise, dust, vibration, and other potential hazards
- Ability to perform medium‑duty work, including:
- Lifting 70 lbs individually and 120 lbs as a team lift
- Applying 30–45 lbs of pressure consistently
- Standing and working on feet 8–12 hours per day
