Overview

Loyal Source is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support operations within an AWS data center in the Houston area. This role requires strong experience managing physical security or technology projects in mission‑critical environments. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on knowledge of data‑center operations and a deep understanding of electronic security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security system projects within an active AWS data‑center environment
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and AWS stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Oversee installation, configuration, and commissioning of security systems
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with data‑center standards, safety requirements, and security protocols
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality control across all project phases

Required Experience

• Proven experience working in a data center environment
• Strong background as a Project Manager in physical security or low‑voltage technology projects
• Experience with the following systems (highly preferred):
  • Lenel (Lenel certification strongly preferred)
  • Axis
  • Hanwha
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced, high‑security environments

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Lenel OnGuard certification
• Experience working with AWS or other hyperscale data‑center clients
