Job Description: Project Manager – Security Installations (Chicago, IL)

Loyal Source is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex security installation projects across the Chicago area. This role supports major initiatives in hospital environments, data centers, and other large‑scale facilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a combined backlog of up to $1M.

Position Details

  • Location: Chicago, IL
  • Reporting Office: Burr Ridge, IL
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Work Environment: 3 days in-office / 2 days in the field

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent security installation projects from planning through closeout.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain project budgets, schedules, documentation, and reporting for a portfolio valued up to $1M.
  • Conduct site visits, oversee field progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues, manage expectations, and drive results.
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and team collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager specifically in security installation projects (access control, CCTV, intrusion, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success managing large, multi‑site or complex environments such as hospitals or data centers.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple active projects.
