Installation Technician – Oahu, Hawaii

Loyal Source is seeking skilled Installation Technicians to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. We’re looking for well‑rounded security professionals with strong technical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to support projects across multiple islands when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and troubleshoot security systems including burglary alarms, access control, and CCTV
  • Work with Genetec systems as a core part of daily responsibilities
  • Perform system testing, verification, and documentation
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and scheduling to ensure efficient project completion
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure high‑quality service
  • Travel to neighboring islands as required for project support
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by operations leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Genetec experience (required)
  • Strong background in burglar alarm, access control, and CCTV installation
  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel to other Hawaiian islands as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with fire alarm systems (a plus)
  • Manufacturer certifications or specialized training in security technologies
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Pay Rate: 35/hr
