Operations Manager – Region 2

Job Description

SUMMARY

Will be responsible for managing GENMED and AUDIO traveling providers performing MDE examinations. Owns the solutioning and coordination of all Aging and Priority Cases: Terminally Ill, 85 and Older, Homebound, Homeless, Incarcerated, Remand, etc.

DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

· Manage GENMED + AUDIO Travel Examiners and balance Clinic Examiner Levels while providing surge support to areas of need.

· Continuously evaluate frequency, sequence, and duration of rotational Travel Events.

· Assist Senior Operations Manager with duties as needed.

· Follow Clinic SOPs for DBQ backlogs & Scorecard reviews.

· Focus on individual DBQ-level completion and production requirements.

· Liaise with Recruitment, Area Managers, Clinic Managers, and Case Management.

· Responsible for Temp Space locations to include: Identifying, negotiating terms, maintaining Business Licenses, coordinating insurance and billing.

· Utilize mapping tools to manage unscheduled inventory.

· Use the CM Dashboard for assigned Examiners.

· Manage Examiner Inquiry process and coach as needed.

· Conduct aging-case deep-dives and solutioning.

· Own the solutioning and coordination of all Priority Cases:

o Terminally Ill

o 85 and Older

o Homebound

o Homeless

o Incarcerated

o Remand

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

BA/BS in related field and/or 5 years of relevant experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSA)

Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare staffing, office management, or working in a similar healthcare management environment.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are required, including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.

Excellent interpersonal skills required with the ability to communicate effectively and interact with people of diverse backgrounds. Proven success in working in a team environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will require supervision for traveling examiners.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITION

Work is performed in a climate-controlled office with modern lighting, ensuring a comfortable and productive atmosphere.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment.

Prolonged sitting or standing, using hands for fine motor skills (like typing), visual acuity for screen and document reading, and communication skills (talking and hearing).
