Loyal Source is looking for skilled Engineering Facilities Technicians to work on a contract at Vandenburg SFB.

Pay: $65.00/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform repairs, preventative and emergency maintenance for all facilities equipment including various electrical and mechanical systems
· Complete documentation including logbooks, work orders, and purchase requisitions
· Accomplish preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities support systems
· Develop processes and system procedures to ensure 24/7 operation with minimal down time
· Perform cleanroom cleaning in accordance with a contamination control plan
· Occasionally participate in on-call rotation and work extended hours, if required
· Make recommendations for operational improvement for facility systems
· Follow Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
· Execute testing of critical facility systems.
· Setup and operate test equipment to evaluate performance of critical facility systems under simulated operating conditions, record result and provide data/quality records at project reviews.
· Perform operations and maintenance tasks that encompass the maintenance, repair, and operation of the critical facilities systems utilized during spacecraft processing.
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- High School diploma and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
- Communicate both orally and written in a clear and concise manner
- Read, understand, and work from Standard Operating Procedures, electrical drawings, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Able to supervise contractors and vendors performing work in the facility as needed
- Capable of walking and moving around job site
