Project Manager – Security Systems

Location: Brownsville, TX (Starbase SpaceX Campus)

Position Overview

Loyal Source is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to support security system installation projects at the Starbase SpaceX campus in Brownsville, Texas. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage complex security-related projects while working closely with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires an on-site presence at least four (4) days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end security system installation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope and budget
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external vendors
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational requirements
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
  • Support commissioning, testing, and final project closeout activities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on security system installation projects
  • Proven experience managing projects involving access control, surveillance, or integrated security systems
  • Ability to be on site at least 4 days per week
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Lenel, Avigilon, and/or DMP systems
  • PMP certification (preferred)

Pay Rate: $100,000
